Delivery & Returns Policy
At Aljannah Books, we’re committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Delivery times may vary depending on the size and nature of your order, but most UK orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. For larger or institutional orders, we’ll confirm the delivery timeline with you at the time of purchase. All parcels are sent with tracking, and you’ll be notified once your order has been shipped.
If you receive a book that is damaged or not as described, you’re entitled to a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer. In these cases, we will also cover both the return postage and the original delivery cost. Just get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll handle the rest.
If you’re not happy with the book for any other reason (for example, you’ve changed your mind or it wasn’t what you expected), you can still return it within 30 days. However, in these cases, you’ll need to cover both the return postage and the original delivery fee. The book must also be returned in its original, unused condition.
To request a return, please email us at info@aljannahbooks.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and photos if the item was damaged or incorrect. We’ll respond within 24 hours and guide you through the return process. Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected. We recommend using a tracked service when returning books to avoid any delays or losses.
